Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works with individuals, caregivers, and families navigating life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what’s next.

I’m especially passionate about supporting those adjusting to new diagnoses, caregiving for loved ones, or navigating life as a neurodivergent individual. At the same time, I welcome anyone who is looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

At the heart of my work is connection. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported—while also helping you build practical tools to manage challenges and move toward the life you want.

My background includes training in both counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and I currently serve as a Senior Clinical Coordinator at an autism center in Marietta, Georgia. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across a wide range of needs using personalized, evidence-based approaches that honor each person’s strengths.

I completed my clinical and research training at Emory Autism Center and Marcus Autism Center, and earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University—a specialized counseling degree focused on supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal, social, and vocational goals. My experience includes individual and group counseling with adolescents and adults working toward meaningful, real-life outcomes.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve contributed to several peer-reviewed journals and remain committed to integrating research with real-world, meaningful care.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, approachable, and tailored to you—no matter your background or what brings you in.
